Bob lives in Oregon City, Oregon, in the United States. His photography focuses on the Pacific Northwest of the U.S. & western provinces of Canada, but he occasionally travels outside those areas. He has always been driven to find and photograph new WONDERS OF NATURE that he just can't resist.

Bob has been a professional and semi-professional photographer for over 40 years. He has one goal for his photography – BE TRUE TO NATURE while striving to capture an instant in time and a perspective that immediately elicits a "WOW!" from viewers.
He wants his images to compel people to view them over and over, and to examine them closely, each time achieving a deeper understanding and appreciation of Nature’s wonder and complexity.
Bob hopes his photography encourages a greater commitment to environmental preservation, sustainability and action toward social changes humans need to make to ensure both. His subject matter ranges from extreme close-ups to panoramas, and includes:
1) Natural habitats and landscapes,
2) Flowers / plants,
3) Wildlife – from the tiniest insects, to birds and the largest mammals,
4) Natural Art – Nature’s intricacies often overlooked,
5) Environment – Photos that show us benefiting from a healthy environment, and photos that show how we occasionally fail in our obligation to protect it.
